Barcelona, April 8, 2025. Adlanter, a leading full-service consultancy with over three decades in the sector, increased its revenue by 13% in 2024, reaching €23.2 million. The business lines with the highest revenue growth were, in order: Talent & Mobility (+19%), Labor (+17%), Contax (+11%), and Corporate Law (+3%).
Integration of Acquired Firms
Adlanter’s inorganic growth strategy, supported by Artá Capital, has significantly boosted its revenue over the past two years. In 2024, the firm acquired and integrated International Venture Consultants (IVC), ARC Advocats & Consultors, and at the end of the year, Quantum Asesores from the law firm Toda & Nel-lo.
In terms of human capital, Adlanter ended 2024 with a workforce of 385 employees—104 more than the previous year—thanks to the integration of the newly acquired companies. At the end of the year, 70% of the workforce were women and 30% men, with an average age of 36.
Growth Across All Areas
In the labor division, Adlanter processed over 380,000 payrolls during the year (140,000 more than in 2023), handled more than 8,000 new hires, and filed over 3,500 tax returns, among other activities.
In the accounting and tax area, the client base grew by 6%, with over 800 companies under electronic monitoring (up 10% year-over-year), more than 6,000 tax filings (10% increase), and over €18 million in tax payments managed on behalf of clients.
The Talent & Mobility area recorded the highest growth in 2024, managing over 1,600 cases for companies and handling cross-border procedures involving 44 countries. This included inbound talent arriving in Spain as well as outbound mobility. The rise in this line of business was driven by increased demand for Golden Visa services and relocation solutions, which offer full-service support in immigration matters.
