Adlanter, a leading firm in comprehensive advisory services with over 30 years of experience, and Toda Nel-lo, a prestigious law firm with offices in Barcelona and Madrid, have signed a strategic collaboration agreement. This agreement will allow Adlanter to expand and strengthen its presence in the business advisory sector, while Toda & Nel-lo will enhance its value proposition in accounting, tax, and labor advisory services for its clients.

As a result of the agreement, Quantum Asesores, which was previously the leading advisory firm owned by Toda & Nel-lo, will now be integrated into Adlanter, and this company will be responsible for providing comprehensive advisory services to the law firm’s clients, expanding its service coverage through two key vectors: technology and people.

For Adlanter, this partnership represents a new step in its planned growth to become a benchmark in the advisory sector in Spain. It already has a presence in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Bilbao, and Zaragoza.

For Toda & Nel-lo, the agreement allows them to expand their service catalog in accounting, tax, and labor advisory, which they previously offered to clients through Quantum Asesores, incorporating advisory in talent and international mobility, company domiciliation, and staff recruitment, among other new services. The agreement also strengthens the commitment of both firms to offer specialized high-value solutions in the business and professional sphere.
