- With our talent development program, you will be accompanied by mentors who will guide you through each phase of your professional development, from being a student intern to becoming a seasoned senior.
- The program is divided into 4 phases with a training itinerary in which you will evolve both technically and competently.
- Throughout the process, your mentor will provide you with individualized support, as well as continuous feedback on your performance and progress so that you can maximize your growth potential.

TALENT PROGRAM
Graduate Program
The program is focused on final year university students specializing in: Law, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Labor Relations, International Relations, and related fields. As well as Master's students in: Legal-Labor/Tax/Accounting Advisory, Access to Law Practice, Immigration, etc.
TALENT PROGRAM
Professional Program
The program is aimed at final year students of higher degree vocational training in Administration and Finance.
From Intern to Senior
With this program in 2.5 years, you can transition from being a student intern to a senior professional.
